释义 | PGP (Pretty Good Privacy) A public key encryption program based on the RSA algorithm. Devel- oped by Phil Zimmerman as freeware, PGP is also available in commercial versions. PGP was under a cloud for some time because there was concern that it was so powerful as to violate U.S. technology export laws.
