That which cannot be doubted. A weaker category than incorrigible, since we may as a matter of fact be unable to doubt propositions that might turn out to be false through bizarre enough possibilities. To hold that we ought to doubt things that are not incorrigible is to enter on one quite swift road to scepticism.
