A group of six galaxies in Serpens; also known as NGC 6027. One of the group is a small spiral with a redshift that indicates a recession velocity some 15 000 km/s greater than the rest of the group. This high-redshift member is in fact a background galaxy almost five times as distant as the others; hence the apparent sextet is really only a quintet.
