A CubeSat mission developed by the Jet Propulsion Laboratory, California Institute of Technology, to measure upwelling infrared radiation, which can be used to retrieve lower-tropospheric temperature and water vapour for weather and climate studies. The mission is scheduled to be launched in late 2018.
