Post-nominal letters used after someone’s name to indicate that the person is a chartered engineer registered with the Engineering Council in the UK. A chartered chemical engineer would additionally include the grade of member or fellow of the Institution of Chemical Engineers with the post-nominal letters MIChemE or FIChemE.
