Rounded blocks of juvenile and accessory material infilling a volcanic vent. The blocks are derived from the collapse of the vent and surrounding cone walls during and after explosive eruptions. The clasts may be rounded by attrition with other blocks in the turbulent vent conditions prevailing during eruptive activity.
