A state-owned Russian space industry enterprise created in 2014 as part of a national space industry restructuring effort. Its primary goal is to integrate rocket and space industry companies in a single structure under a central management. To date URSC has 10 large structures that integrate 48 smaller companies and 14 separate firms. In January 2015, the Russian government has decided to combine URSC with Roscosmos and have the joint entity called Roscosmos State Corporation.
