A 76-m fully steerable radio telescope at the Jodrell Bank Observatory in Cheshire, England. The telescope was completed in 1957, and was known as the Mark I until 1971 when it was substantially rebuilt with a new bowl and supporting structure, and became the Mark IA. In 1987 it was named the Lovell Telescope in honour of A. C. B. Lovell. It was resurfaced again in 2001–02.
