Either of two supplements to the New General Catalogue (NGC), compiled by J. L. E. Dreyer. The first Index Catalogue, containing 1529 newly discovered non-stellar objects, was published in 1895, and the second (IC II), with 3857 objects, in 1908; both contained corrections to the NGC.
