释义	PV Encyclopedia 医学脊髓灰质炎病毒释 poliovirus; PV脊髓灰质炎病毒小RNA病毒科肠道病毒属的一种丙型肠道病毒。单股正链RNA病毒。仅感染人类，是脊髓灰质炎（poliomyelitis）的病原体。有3个血清型（Ⅰ～Ⅲ），各型间无交叉反应。脊髓灰质炎曾是一种广泛传播的急性传染病。常累及中枢神经系统，损害脊髓前角运动神经细胞，导致肢体松弛性麻痹；多见于儿童，弛缓性肢体麻痹可持续终身，故又称小儿麻痹症后遗症（infantile paralysis）。
