| 释义 | trailer 1. Something pulled by or following something else, e.g., a boat trailer or house trailer is pulled by a car or truck. 2. Also known as the tail or trace portion of the data set. The portion of a data block, cell, frame, or packet that succeeds the text field and contains information relative to message analysis, including message tracking and diagnostics. The trailer often includes an error detection and correction mechanism to manage the integrity of the transmitted data.
