| 释义 | PoC (Push-to-talk over Cellular) Referring to the incorporation of push-to-talk (PTT) technology in a cellular radio handset. Although the PTT CB radio-like technology is relatively primitive by cellular standards, it offers considerable advantages in group communications applications, as the transmission is broadcast to all devices on the channel.
