OFCR (Optical Fiber, Conductive, Riser) The designation by the National Fire Protection Associ- ation (NFPA) for fiber optic cables that contain at least one electrically conductive, non–current-carrying component, such as a metallic strength member or vapor barrier, and are certified for use in interior riser applications.
