		OFC (Optical Fiber, Conductive) The designation by the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) for fiber optic cables that contain at least one electrically conductive, non–current-carrying component, such as a metallic strength member or vapor barrier, and are not certified for use in interior plenum or riser applications.
