The food aboard a space shuttle supplementary to the regular menu food. Pantry food is a two-day contingency supply that also includes snacks and drinks for the duration of the mission. It provides 2 100 calories daily for each crew member. The supply includes fresh, rehydratable, irradiated, and thermo-stabilized food.
