释义 | plasma [`plaz·mǝ] GEOLOGY The part of a soil material that can be, or has been, moved, reorganized, or concentrated by soil-forming processes. HISTOLOGY The fluid portion of blood or lymph. MINERALOGY A faintly translucent or semitranslucent and bright green, leek green, or nearly emerald green variety of chalcedony, sometimes having white or yellowish spots. PLASMA PHYSICS 1. A highly ionized gas which contains equal numbers of ions and electrons in sufficient density so that the Debye shielding length is much smaller than the dimensions of the gas. 2. A completely ionized gas, composed entirely of a nearly equal number of positive and negative free charges (positive ions and electrons). |
