频率稳定度
表征频率在测量过程中的起伏。是评估频率源性能优劣的主要技术指标，用频率源内部噪声调制产生的相位噪声大小（频域）或其导致的频率取样值的随机波动大小（时域）表征。其中，频域表征为表列信号频率（载频）傅里叶频谱（旁频）的单边带相位噪声谱密度幅值（dBc/Hz）；时域表征则用阿伦方差和其他方差。上述频域表征和时域表征可相互转换。
