以肿瘤组织或细胞所具有的特异性（或相对特异性）分子为靶点，利用分子靶向药物特异性阻断该靶点的生物学功能，选择性从分子水平来逆转肿瘤细胞的恶性生物学行为，达到抑制肿瘤细胞生长甚至清除肿瘤目的的治疗方法。
