邻基参与
进行亲核取代反应的底物分子，若同时存在亲核的基团和离去基团，且这两种基团在空间位置上的距离也适当，则在亲核取代反应的条件下，将优先发生分子内的亲核取代反应，生成环状产物，从而影响反应的立体选择性、区域选择性或活性的现象。又称邻助作用。
