释义	调适 Encyclopedia 经济学〔交易费用经济学与产权理论〕释 adaptation调适两个企业为解决不完全契约导致的敲竹杠问题，在一体化（合并）后通过内部命令解决外部冲突的方式。是2009年诺贝尔经济学奖得主、美国经济学家O.E.威廉姆森（Oliver Eaton Williamson，1932-09-27～）在分析组织边界时提出的一个概念。又称事后的适应性调整。
