释义	肌痹 Encyclopedia 医学肢体经络病证释 dermatomyositis肌痹因脾胃受损或风、寒、湿、热毒等邪侵淫肌肉、闭阻脉络、气滞血瘀所致，以一处或多处肌肉疼痛、麻木不仁甚至肌肉萎缩、疲软无力、手足不随等为主要临床表现的病证。为《黄帝内经》中五体痹之一。医学﹝结缔组织疾病﹞释 dermatomyositis肌痹以红斑、水肿为皮损特点，伴有肌无力和肌肉炎症、变性的自身免疫性结缔组织疾病。
