电离辐射探测器
利用电离辐射在气体、液体、固体中引起的电离、激发效应或其他物理、化学变化，探测电离辐射粒子的器件或装置。可以获取辐射粒子的种类、能量、强度（数量）或时间等其中一个或几个信息。作用是将入射辐射粒子的全部或部分能量转化为可观测的信号，输出绝大多数为电流、电荷脉冲、电压等电信号，也可以为非电信号，如径迹、颜色等。又称核辐射探测器。
