释义	法国民法典 Encyclopedia 法学《法国民法典》释 France Civil Code《法国民法典》资产阶级国家最早的一部民法典。1789年法国资产阶级大革命后制定，1804年公布施行。经过多次修订，现仍在法国施行。名称几次变更。最初为《法国民法典》，1807年改称《拿破仑法典》，1816年又改称《法国民法典》，1852年再度改称为《拿破仑法典》，1870年以后，在习惯上一直沿用《法国民法典》的名称。
