气辅注塑
在注塑机的注塑单元向模具型腔内注入熔融树脂后，再经由高压气体注射单元向型腔内部的树脂熔体内注入黏度系数小、扩散系数大的高压惰性气体（通常为氮气），由气体将树脂充实到模具型腔的各个壁面，并从熔融树脂内部进行保压与冷却，最后排除气体留下空腔，定型为中空的注塑成型制件。
