在直流极谱的直流电压上叠加一周期性变化的低频率、小振幅（≤50毫伏）的方形波电压，并在方波电压改变方向前的一瞬间测量通过电解池的交流电流以确定溶液中被测成分浓度的电化学分析法。控制电位极谱法的一种。极谱法中灵敏度较高者，在合适的情况下，测定的最低浓度可达10-7摩/升，个别离子的检出限可达10-3摩/升。
