经典的图论问题之一。即一个邮递员从邮局出发送信，要求他经过所管辖区域内的每条街道至少一次，最后再返回邮局。在此条件下，他应该怎样选择一条路线才能使所走的路程最短。此问题由中国学者管梅谷于1960年最先提出，故得名。
