释义	基因隐私权 Encyclopedia 法学基因隐私权释 right of genetic privacy基因隐私权广义包括三层含义：①是否接受基因检测的决定只能由本人作出，其他任何人不得强迫其接受基因检测。②基因检测结果必须保密，不得泄露给本人之外的第三人。③被检测者如果事先表明不愿知悉基因检测结果，检测者不得向被检测者说明检测结果。狭义仅指第二种含义。
