可持续设计
构建和开发的一种可以提供可持续解决方案的策略性设计活动。源于可持续发展的理念，是以系统的视角综合解决环境、社会、经济问题，并提出可持续的解决方案。这些方案可能是物质化的产品设计，也可能是广义的系统设计或非物质化服务设计。从本质上讲，任何践行可持续发展理念的设计研究、设计教学、设计实践活动都属于可持续设计的范畴。绿色设计、生态设计、低碳设计是与其相近的概念。
