理学 视频编码 释 scalable video coding 可扩展视频编码 视频编码的一种技术。此技术把视频信号编码成“基本层+增强层”的分层形式，当带宽不足时可以只对基本层的码流进行传输和解码，但是仅仅解码基本层的视频质量不高。当带宽慢慢变大时，可以传输和解码增强层的码流来进一步提高视频的解码质量。又称可伸缩视频编码。
