利用冷却剂在高压下从多孔结构中溢出，以带走部件基体的热量使部件降温，同时在受热壁面形成一层连续且分布均匀的保护膜，将高温主流与受保护壁面隔绝开，增厚边界层，降低热流密度，使之不被烧毁的一种先进冷却方式。可视为孔径微小、孔分布极密集的膜冷却的一种极限方式。又称发散冷却或全覆盖气膜冷却。
