反应注塑
将两种或两种以上高反应活性的液态组分，在一定的压力和温度条件下按比例均匀混合后，立即注入密闭的成型模具内，进一步反应后形成塑料制品的成型过程。将可反应的液态中间体在注入模具时混合，在模具内实现聚合、交联并固化成型，有目的地控制其性能。与传统热塑性塑料注射成型不同，反应注塑中原料在模具内发生化学交联反应从而由液态变为固态。
