释义	半干食品 Encyclopedia 农学半干食品释 semi-dried aquatic foods半干食品将腌制、调味与干燥相结合加工出的水分含量在20%～50%、水分活度在0.70～0.90，常温下即能贮藏的一类食品。实际上是在加盐、加糖腌制和调味的基础上，通过轻度干燥使物料部分脱水，而可溶性固形物浓度高到足以束缚住残余水分的一类食品。是干制品中一类高含水量制品。又称半干半潮制品。
