一个区域特定工业部门的就业人数（或产值）在该区域整个工业部门总就业人数（或产值）中所占的比例与全国该特定工业部门的就业人数（或产值）在全国整个工业部门总就业人数（或产值）中所占比重的比值。是测度国民经济各行业在空间上分布相对集中程度的一种指标。其使用也可以扩展到广义上的产业部门，又称专门化率。
