由位于北纬17°30′，东经106°00′～110°00′的北部湾北部渔场和北部湾南部及海南岛西南部渔场组成的一个中国南海区渔场。北部湾北部渔场位于北纬19°45′以北，东经106°00′～110°00′，面积约70836平方千米；北部湾南部及海南岛西南部渔场位于北纬17°15′～19°45′，东经105°30′～109°30′，面积约87783平方千米。北部湾渔场东临中国的雷州半岛和海南岛，北接中国广西壮族自治区，西临越南，湾口向南为敞开的海域。
