释义	前瞻性研究 Encyclopedia 医学〔医学心理学绪论〕释 prospective study前瞻性研究按照研究对象是否暴露于某因素或暴露于某因素的不同水平，将其分为暴露组和非暴露组，然后随访一定时间，观察和比较这两组的发病率或死亡率，以检验该暴露因素与疾病发生有无联系的假设是否成立的研究方法。是分析流行病学研究中重要方法之一，又称队列研究（cohort study）、发生率研究（incidence study）、随访研究（follow-up study）及纵向研究（longitudinal study）。
