释义	case-cohort study Encyclopedia 医学病例队列研究释 case-cohort study病例队列研究在队列研究开始时，从整个队列中采用随机抽样（单纯随机抽样、分层抽样或分层整群抽样等）的方法，抽取一定比例的样本作为对照组，观察结束时，将队列中全部研究对象出现的所研究疾病的所有新发病例作为病例组，与上述随机对照组进行比较的方法。又称参比式研究。由美国流行病学家R.L.普伦蒂斯（R.L.Prentice）于1986年提出。
