释义	减压贮藏 Encyclopedia 农学果品贮藏释 hypobaric storage减压贮藏将果蔬置于耐压密闭的容器中，通过真空泵抽出容器内的部分空气，使内部气压降至一定程度，同时在整个贮藏期间通过压力调节器和加湿器不间断地输送进新鲜、潮湿的空气，使整个系统不断地进行气体交换，并维持贮藏容器内压力的动态恒定以及一定的湿度环境的贮藏方法。又称低压贮藏、负压贮藏。
