释义	下一代测序 Encyclopedia 医学下一代测序释 next generation sequencing，NGS下一代测序用不同颜色的荧光标记脱氧核糖核苷酸（dNTP，即dATP、dCTP、dGTP和dTTP），当脱氧核糖核酸（DNA）聚合酶合成互补链时，每添加一种dNTP就会释放出不同的荧光，利用计算机软件对捕获的荧光信号进行处理，从而获得待测DNA序列信息的技术。又称高通量测序技术。
