沿建筑物地下室四周外墙施工地下连续墙或密排桩，既作地下室永久性承重墙的一部分又作基坑开挖挡土、止水的围护结构，同时在地下室柱的中心和纵横框架梁与剪力墙相交处等位置施工楼层中间支承柱，从而组成逆作阶段的竖向承重体系，随之从上向下挖一层土方，利用地模或木模（钢模），浇筑一层地下室楼层梁板结构的施工方法。
