释义	Sanger测序 Encyclopedia 医学Sanger测序释 Sanger sequencingSanger测序单链脱氧核糖核酸（DNA）模板在DNA聚合酶、引物、四种脱氧核糖核苷酸（dNTP，即dATP、dCTP、dGTP和dTTP）存在的条件下进行新链合成，当双脱氧核糖核苷酸（ddNTP，即ddATP、ddCTP、ddGTP和ddTTP）加入正在延伸的DNA链时，由于ddNTP没有延伸所需要的3'-OH基团，双脱氧核糖核苷酸将阻断DNA链延伸，从而获得长短不一的反应产物，通过电泳分离，从四条泳道上的条带顺序就能读出DNA序列的测序方法。又称末端终止法测序技术。
