将净制或切制后的药物用湿面或湿纸包裹，置于加热的滑石粉或热砂中，或将药物与麦麸一同缓缓加热，并适当翻动，或将药物铺摊吸油纸上，层层隔纸加热，以除去部分油脂的炮制方法。又称煨制。
