RAS法
RAS法（Biproportional Scaling Method）根据基年的投入产出表，用目标年中间需求合计作为行向控制量，目标年中间投入合计作为列向控制量，从行和列两个角度交替地对基年中间投入结构进行修正，从而得到目标年份投入产出表中间流量矩阵或直接消耗系数矩阵的一种数学方法。又称双比例尺度法或双比例平衡法。
