avian influenza禽流感
由禽流感病毒（avian influenza virus，AIV）引起的感染和/或疾病综合征。禽流行性感冒的简称。临床上可分为高致病性禽流感和低致病性禽流感。家禽或野禽感染AIV后，有的不表现临床症状，有的表现为呼吸道疾病和产蛋下降，严重的导致全身性疾病，死亡率可达100%。AIV还可感染人和其他哺乳动物，在公共卫生上具有重要意义。
