释义	Nara Period Encyclopedia 历史学日本历史释 Nara Period奈良时代日本以奈良为都城的历史时代。又称奈良朝。自710年（和铜三年）元明天皇定都平城京（今奈良西）起，到794年（延历十三年）桓武天皇迁都到平安京（今京都市）为止的时期，共计70余年，其间经历8代天皇。亦有将奈良时代止于784年（延历三年）迁都长冈京（今京都府乙训郡向日町）的分期法。
