释义	Aslian Encyclopedia 文学南亚语系释 Malaccan；Aslian马六甲语族属于南亚语系，分布于马来西亚的大陆地区和泰国的最南端。从地理上讲，该语族的语言跟南亚语系其他语言是隔绝的。在20世纪70年代，学界用亚斯里语族（Aslian）取代马六甲语族这一叫法。该语族使用人口总计约5万。其中有些语言只有几百人甚至几十人，严重濒危。
