迈克耳孙干涉仪
利用分光镜将入射的光束通过分振幅法产生双独立光束臂，光在各自独立臂中传播，并分别被各自臂中的反射镜原路反射，再经分光镜将两束光束合一，实现干涉，进而实现对两光束臂的光路光程差的干涉测量仪器。
