胶束增溶分光光度法
在金属离子-有机试剂显色体系中添加表面活性剂，利用表面活性剂胶束的增溶、增敏、褪色、析相等作用，以提高显色反应灵敏度、对比度和（或）选择性，改善显色反应条件，并在水相中直接进行的分光光度法。像表面活性剂能对分析、分离方法有增溶、增敏、改善显色反应条件等增效作用的试剂，统称为增效试剂。
