农学西太平洋围网渔业管理安排释 Arrangement for the Management of the Western Pacific Purse Seine Fishery《西太平洋围网渔业管理安排》 为实现1979年《南太平洋论坛渔业局公约》和1982年的《有关具有共同利益的渔业管理合作的瑙鲁协定》，南太平洋岛国就西太平洋金枪鱼及类金枪鱼围网捕捞活动达成的区域性渔业协议。简称《贝劳安排》。
