发光二极管
发光二极管一般简称为LED，是一种半导体二极管，它能将电能转化成光能。电能造成比热平衡时更多的电子和空穴，电子和空穴在PN结处复合形成新的热平衡，在复合的过程中，多余的能量以光的形式释放，少数能量以热能的形式散发。
