Latosol砖红壤
强酸性、高铁铝氧化物的暗红色土壤。通常在热带高温高湿、强度淋溶条件下由富铁铝化作用形成。砖红壤在中国土壤系统分类中（1998），列为湿热铁铝土亚纲、铁铝土土纲；在中国土壤系统分类（2001）中，归属在湿润铁铝土[注]、湿润富铁土[注]或湿润雏形土[注]；在美国土壤系统分类（1999）中，大致相当于湿润氧化土[注]、湿润老成土[注]或湿润始成土[注]；在世界土壤资源参比基础（2014）中，大致相当于铁铝土[注]、低活性强酸土[注]、雏形土[注]等。
